Understand the process before sharing your details. Every engagement is reviewed personally by Nadine, beginning with your service area and requested dates.

Your three-step introduction

  1. 01 / Pre-screening verification

    Region and timeline first.

    Request an initial review of your location, service and dates. Estate sitting is based in Northern Virginia; flight companionship departs from IAD, DCA or BWI. Nadine confirms availability personally before detailed onboarding. Estate and flight engagements have a three-day minimum.

  2. 02 / Security intake

    Private details, handled deliberately.

    After initial review, agree on a suitable private channel and any required confidentiality agreement. Share only the background information needed for the accepted scope. Do not enter alarm codes, identity documents, medical records or detailed asset information in the initial form.

  3. 03 / Operational protocol call

    A direct conversation with Nadine.

    A 15-minute consultation addresses scope, routines, travel requirements and next steps. A signed agreement and individually approved proposal are required before an engagement is confirmed.
