What AIU Collects
When you shop with All Inclusive Unlimited LLC ("AIU," "we," "us," or "our"), AIU collects information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number when you place an order, contact AIU, or subscribe to AIU's newsletter.
How AIU Uses Information

- To communicate with you about your order or inquiries
- To send newsletter content you've opted into, with the ability to unsubscribe at any time
- To improve AIU's products, catalog, and website experience
How AIU Shares Information
AIU sells directly to customers and may use vetted fulfillment, shipping, payment, technology, and customer-service providers to process orders and operate the site. AIU shares only the information needed for those providers to perform their services, such as order fulfillment, delivery, payment processing, fraud prevention, analytics, or customer support.
AIU does not sell your personal information to third parties.

Business Records and Retention
AIU uses business verification records to review applications, administer approved tax treatment, respond to inquiries, and meet applicable accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, and legal obligations. Information should be limited to what is needed for the request. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or unrelated personal documents through business inquiry forms. You may contact AIU about access, correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained to satisfy legal obligations.
8. B2B Commercial Asset & Document Security
When a business applies for tax-exempt purchasing, AIU collects the company legal name, Federal EIN or business tax identifier, company website, account information, and the resale certificate submitted for review. Equipment inquiries collect business contact information and project details such as jobsite ZIP code, equipment category, requested quantity, freight-handling needs, and requested project dates. An equipment quote request does not require a resale certificate or EIN unless separately needed for a tax-exemption application.
Restricted document storage
Submitted verification documents are stored in AIU's private Supabase Storage bucket rather than a public asset directory. Uploads require an authenticated account and a signed upload authorization for the designated file. Document review is restricted to authorized AIU administration through controlled access; where signed access links are used, they provide temporary access and should not be shared. Files are not published as publicly accessible website assets. Vercel and Supabase process relevant information as technology providers supporting these services.
Project and logistics information
AIU uses project ZIP codes, requested dates, equipment specifications, and access requirements to review sourcing options and prepare freight and equipment proposals. The current workflow requires review; submission does not automatically calculate a final freight price, reserve equipment, or confirm delivery. AIU may share the project and delivery information necessary with prospective suppliers and carriers to obtain quotes or arrange an authorized transaction. Tax documents and EINs are not part of ordinary freight-quote information.
AIU does not sell or trade business verification documents, EINs, or private project profiles, and does not provide those records to third-party advertising bidding networks. Public website browsing analytics are addressed separately in the Cookies & Analytics section.
