These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the All Inclusive Unlimited website and purchases made from All Inclusive Unlimited LLC ("AIU," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Company and Contact Information

The seller and website operator is All Inclusive Unlimited LLC, a United States retail and merchandising company. Customer support is available at support@allinclusiveunlimited.com or (571) 316-0238. Formal notices requiring a mailing address may be requested through customer support.

Eligibility and Account Use

You must provide accurate, current information and use this site only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Certain age-restricted collections require confirmation that you are at least 18 years old.

Orders, Acceptance, and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and the automated checkout receipt only confirms that AIU received the order. AIU accepts an order when payment is successfully completed and AIU sends an acceptance or shipment confirmation for the applicable items. Payment is processed through AIU's authorized payment provider at checkout. Depending on the selected payment method, the provider may first authorize the amount and then capture it when the payment is completed.

AIU may decline or cancel an order before shipment because of suspected fraud, payment failure, product or supplier unavailability, shipping restrictions, an incorrect price or description, quantity limits, or another material order problem. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, AIU may cancel the affected item, offer an available alternative with your approval, or issue a refund to the original payment method. Available items in the same order may ship separately.

Contact AIU immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. A request is not guaranteed and cannot be completed after an item enters fulfillment or ships. The applicable return terms then govern.

Prices, Errors, and Promotions

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges are shown separately when applicable. AIU may correct typographical, pricing, promotion, product-information, or availability errors before accepting an order. If a material error is discovered after payment, AIU will contact you with available options or cancel and refund the affected item.

Promotions are subject to their published dates, eligibility requirements, exclusions, quantity limits, and redemption rules. Unless expressly stated, promotions cannot be combined, applied retroactively, exchanged for cash, or used toward excluded products, taxes, shipping, or gift-card purchases. AIU may suspend a promotion affected by error, abuse, fraud, or unauthorized distribution.

Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift cards and store credits are subject to the terms presented at purchase or issuance and applicable law. They are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, cannot be used to purchase another gift card, and may be suspended while suspected fraud or unauthorized use is investigated. Customers are responsible for safeguarding gift-card codes. AIU is not responsible for unauthorized use after delivery of a valid code, except as required by law.

Shipping

Processing times, carriers, delivery estimates, restrictions, split shipments, tracking, international charges, and estimated-shipping adjustments are governed by AIU's Shipping Policy and any product-specific terms displayed before purchase. Delivery dates are estimates unless AIU expressly provides a written guarantee.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligibility periods, product-condition requirements, exclusions, return authorization, shipping responsibility, restocking fees, refund methods, damaged-item procedures, and exchanges are governed by AIU's Return & Refund Policy and applicable product-specific terms.

Product Information and Supplier Fulfillment

AIU works with approved suppliers and fulfillment partners. Product colors and appearance may vary by display, and measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Inventory may change before fulfillment. Some orders may be shipped directly by an approved partner, but AIU remains the customer's point of contact for the order.

Reviews and Other User Content

Reviews, photos, comments, and other content you submit must be truthful, based on your genuine experience, lawful, and free of confidential information, impersonation, infringement, harassment, undisclosed advertising, or malicious code. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting it, you grant AIU a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, and use it for operating and promoting the site, subject to AIU's Privacy Policy. AIU may moderate or remove content that violates these terms but is not required to publish every submission.

Intellectual Property

The AIU name, branding, site design, original text, graphics, photographs, videos, compilations, and other materials are owned by AIU or used under license or permission. You may use the site for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, reverse engineer, remove rights notices from, or create derivative commercial uses of site content without authorization, except where applicable law permits. Third-party trademarks and product materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Accessibility

AIU works to provide an accessible shopping experience. Accessibility commitments, feedback options, and the remediation process are described in the Accessibility Statement. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided on an "as available" basis without warranties not expressly stated in these terms. AIU does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every display, description, estimate, or third-party service will be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AIU will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or a purchase. AIU's aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Third-Party Services

Payment, verification, carrier, analytics, and other third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. AIU is not responsible for a third party's independent systems or conduct, but remains responsible for obligations that applicable law places on AIU as the seller.

14. Private Commercial Sourcing & Fleet Compliance Actions

AIU Business offers heavy-equipment sourcing and logistics coordination only for private commercial subcontractors, privately funded development jobsites, local builders, and independent fleet operators. This section applies to commercial equipment and fleet inquiries; it does not replace the policies governing ordinary retail purchases.

Private-sector scope and restricted procurement

AIU Business does not offer imported hardware or equipment through federal, state, local-government, or defense procurement channels. Customers must disclose the intended purchaser, project, end use, and any public-contract requirements before requesting a proposal. A private contractor's involvement does not by itself make a publicly funded or government-contract purchase eligible for this channel. AIU may decline an inquiry outside this scope.

A product listing, country-of-origin field, quotation, or veteran-owned designation is not a certification of Trade Agreements Act eligibility, domestic manufacture, safety approval, or suitability for a particular project. Any required origin, import, emissions, safety, or other documentation must be reviewed for the specific equipment and intended use before a transaction is accepted.

Separate signed commercial agreements

Equipment purchases, any expressly offered day-rate leases, and fleet transfers require a separate written agreement signed by AIU and the authorized private business purchaser before either party is committed to that transaction. An inquiry, automated acknowledgment, or preliminary freight estimate does not reserve equipment or authorize a purchase, lease, or dispatch. AIU's role as seller or sourcing coordinator, and any manufacturer, supplier, carrier, or lessor responsibilities, must be identified in that agreement.

The agreement must address the equipment and specifications, confirmed availability, total price and payment terms, freight and accessorial charges, unloading and site access, import responsibilities where applicable, delivery terms and risk of loss, inspection and damage claims, cancellation and returns, written warranties, parts and service support, insurance, and any agreed remedies or liability limits. Only an expressly agreed commercial term overrides a conflicting general website term, subject to applicable law.

Project timing and limits of responsibility

Unless expressly guaranteed in the signed agreement, sourcing, dispatch, transit, and delivery dates are estimates. The purchaser is responsible for its project scheduling, site readiness, qualified operators, and lawful equipment use. Subject to the signed agreement and to the extent permitted by applicable law, AIU excludes consequential commercial losses such as lost project profits, downstream delay penalties, and subcontractor performance losses. Carrier involvement does not remove obligations applicable law places on AIU.

This section does not waive liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability, warranty, remedy, or customer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Manufacturer and supplier warranties apply only as expressly documented; this section does not create or verify such coverage. Retail return rights are not eliminated by this commercial sourcing policy.

Changes to These Terms

AIU may update these terms to reflect changes in the business, services, or applicable requirements. The effective date above identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless applicable law requires otherwise.
