Question 49

What is AIU Luxe?

Accepted Answer

AIU Luxe is AIU's curated selection of designer and luxury products, selected using real criteria -- brand fit, quality, photography, content, and supplier reliability -- not price alone.

Question 50

How are luxury products selected?

Accepted Answer

Luxury products go through the same real administrator approval process as the rest of the catalog, with additional review for imagery quality and brand positioning before they appear in AIU Luxe.

Question 51

Where do luxury products come from?

Accepted Answer

AIU sources luxury products through approved suppliers and fulfillment partners. Depending on the item, an order may ship from AIU or from an authorized fulfillment location identified through order and tracking information.

Question 52

Why can luxury items have different shipping times?

Accepted Answer

Supplier processing and carrier transit times vary. Review the available product-specific estimate before ordering; contact AIU if you need a designer item by a specific date.

Question 53

Why can luxury products have different return policies?

Accepted Answer

Eligible returns follow AIU’s Return & Refund Policy, including its 30-day request window and disclosed product-specific exclusions. Final-sale and other restricted items may not qualify; ask Customer Care before buying if the listing is unclear.

Question 54

Why is some product information different between brands?

Accepted Answer

Each brand provides its own product details, materials, and sizing conventions. AIU displays the information provided for each specific product rather than standardizing it across brands.

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order. Checkout does not require creating an account.

Question 56

Can I purchase multiple products in one order?

Accepted Answer

You can purchase multiple available products together, subject to stock, quantity limits, and shipping restrictions. Items may ship separately.

Question 57

Will I receive one order number?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Even if your order includes items that ship separately, you will see and can track everything under one AIU order number.

Question 58

How can I check my order status?

Accepted Answer

Use the Track Order page with your order number and email. Status and tracking reflect the latest information received from fulfillment partners and carriers, so updates may not appear immediately.

Question 59

Can I change or cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

Contact AIU Customer Care as soon as possible. We can try to change or cancel an order only before it enters fulfillment. Once processing or shipment has begun, a change or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Question 60

What does “Available to Order” mean?

Accepted Answer

“Available to Order” means the item may be sourced from an approved supplier after you place the order; it is not the same as confirmed on-hand inventory. Supplier confirmation may take additional time. If the item becomes unavailable, AIU will contact you with the applicable cancellation or refund options and will not silently substitute another product.

Question 61

What happens if an item becomes unavailable after I order?

Accepted Answer

AIU's team will reach out to let you know and discuss your options -- including a substitute, a refund for that item, or another resolution. Nothing is silently swapped without contacting you.

Question 62

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Checkout shows the payment methods available for your order. Major credit/debit cards and eligible digital wallets or payment services may be offered. Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and financing options such as Affirm depend on checkout availability, device, order eligibility, and provider approval.

Question 63

Is checkout secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Checkout is processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. AIU does not store your card details directly.

Question 64

Can I save my information for future purchases?
