How AIU Curates
AIU is veteran-owned, curated retail. The goal is not to build the largest catalog—it is to offer products with enough verified information to shop with confidence.
Verified supplier and product review process
AIU reviews supplier authorization, product identity, pricing, imagery, descriptions, availability, shipping information, and return terms before approval.
Customer care before and after delivery
Customers can contact AIU for product questions, order support, delivery issues, and eligible returns. Support requests are reviewed by a real person.
What happens before a product goes live
- 1. Source review: AIU confirms the supplier relationship and the product information available for customer use.
- 2. Listing review: Product identity, description, images, price, variants, availability, shipping, and return information are checked for completeness and consistency.
- 3. Store fit: The product must belong in a clear department or curated destination rather than appearing as unorganized feed inventory.
- 4. Approval or hold: Products with missing, conflicting, restricted, recalled, or unverified information remain off sale until the issue is resolved.
- 5. Ongoing care: Availability and supplier information can change. AIU updates, pauses, or removes products when current information no longer supports a reliable purchase.
